Due to a series of no-shows by international guests, we have made it mandatory to pay a non-refundable deposit. All guests are required to pay 40% of the reservation fee at least one day prior to the reservation date. Please note: We currently do not accept credit card payments. Payment must be made via PayPal, WISE, or Revolut. *If you do not have a PayPal, WISE, or Revolut account, please create a new account on your own. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment via PayPal, WISE, or Revolut is complete. This payment is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or a no-show. All transactions are conducted in Japanese yen. Please pay the remaining balance of the session fee to the Mistress in cash (Japanese yen only) before the session begins. The reservation deposit is non-refundable, so please be sure to confirm your availability on the day of your appointment. In other words, in the event of a cancellation prior to your appointment or a no-show, 40% of the reservation deposit will be forfeited. We strive to provide an experience that satisfies both our clients and our staff, and forfeiting the reservation deposit is an unfortunate outcome for both parties. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we have verified receipt of the deposit. To secure the Mistress’s availability, it is important to pay the deposit as soon as possible so that we can confirm your reservation immediately after verifying payment. Please also note that this is not an additional fee. The deposit you pay will be applied toward the total session fee. Deposit + Remaining Session Fee = Total Session Fee. For example, if the total session fee is 28,000 yen, you must pay a deposit of 11,200 yen to confirm your reservation. After the deposit is confirmed and your reservation is finalized, you must pay the remaining session fee of 16,800 yen on the day of the session. Please pay the remaining session fee (16,800 yen in this example) directly to the Mistress at the start of the session. In the event of a natural disaster, exceptions to the refund policy may apply. In such cases, you may choose to carry over your deposit to a different date. If that is not possible, we will refund your deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
